Earlier this year Massman Companies acquired New England Machinery (NEM), making NEM the fifth company under the Massman umbrella. The addition of NEM, combined with existing product lines enables Massman to provide integrated equipment from bottle to pallet.
“Each of our companies we acquire have loyal customers that value the reliable solutions they provide,” said Jeffrey Hohn, President and CEO of Massman Companies. “The most common thing we hear from customers is that they were unaware of our other brands and product lines. Harmonizing our brands helps create that connection.”
Massman’s acquisition philosophy is to expand and connect each of its companies through a common set of business systems and processes. The intent is to strengthen and build upon the great foundation each acquired business brings. Therefore, each new brand maintains elements of its original branding to honor the legacy of the business while refreshing the look to show commonality to Massman.
At PACK EXPO, Massman will integrate some of its bottling line and filling equipment together exhibiting connected systems and brands. Massman will demonstrate shrink wrapping, case packing, and palletizing equipment highlighting a bottle to pallet solution.
