This post-industrial content-based synthetic paper material consists of more than 70% recycled plastics, manufactured using BOPP extrusion technology. That’s correct, a film-based structure with the look, feel, and performance of traditional paper. The best part is, PennPac Paper is 100% recyclable.

With the increasing focus on global sustainability and the shift towards recycled package promotion strategies, the PennPac Paper product is a remarkable choice. Practical for use in personal care blister package designs or pharmaceutical medication bottle labeling. Additionally, useful in printing applications such as books, restaurant menus, nautical maps, government documents, etc. All of which, may come in contact with moisture, prolonged handling, or environmental stress leading to fatigue for traditional paper. Whether a commercial or retail application, PennPac Paper provides excellent chemical, tear, oil, and moisture resistance, with a high impact strength. Similar to all PennPac flexible film solutions, PennPac Paper is available custom slit to any web width and roll footage on 3 in. or 6 in. cores, up to a 40 in. OD, and a range of unit weight from 76 g/m2 to 232 g/m2.
